Experiment 1: Insulation Test
[ Energy Saving ]

Extra thick hollow glass vs single layer heat-resistant rare earth (RE) coated glass.

The experiment's purpose is to test these two glasses under the same sunlight conditions, to observe the barrier temperature difference between traditional glass and the EASYTO RE heat blocking coated glass.

Experiment 2: Automobile Heat Insulation Test
[ Auto Glass Coating ]

Traditional automobile film vs EASYTO heat blocking rare earth (RE) coating.
The experiment's purpose is to test the difference in thermal insulation and insolation performance of normal automobile glass film and EASYTO RE coated automobile glass.

Experiment 3: Heat Insulation energy locking test
[ Increase R-Value | Energy Saving ]
Traditional glass sunroom vs coated glass sunroom.

The experiment's purpose is to test the effect of heat preservation and energy savings in winter when the glass is coated with EASYTO RE coating.

Experiment 4: RE coated suspended screen glass
[ Coming soon ]
Hollow glass vs RE coated suspended glass

The experiment's purpose is to test the heat insulation performance of a finished glass product made by EASYTO heat insulation RE technology.

Experiment 5: Thermal Barrier
[ Heat penetration test ]

Put a thin layer of EASYTO Thermal Barrier (B) coating on a piece of cardboard. Then use touch to heat it up. Temperature is about 1500-2000 degrees Celsius. The other side of the cardboard is not affected by the high temperature or burning at all. This test proves that the Thermal Barrier can stop the heat go inward.

A case study has shown: The thermal barrier can reduce the oil/fuel storage tank interior temperature by 30 degrees Celsius.
